at Rural Marketing Awards organized by CMO Asia held at Taj Lands End, Mumbai on February 14, 2019
Our CEO Mr. Venkatram Vasantavada and VP- Marketing (Field Crops) Mr.Vinayak Raman Sharma delivered an interesting and thought provoking lecture on “Indian Agri input Industry- Potential and Prospects” at the Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA) on January 17th, 2019. They had a wonderful experience interacting with the participants, all of them greatly appreciated and benefitted from their view and experiences.
SeedWorks conducted a Webinar in collaboration with CPO Innovation on 17th December 2018. The webcast was pressed around Digital Transformation in SeedWorks International & SCM Resilience which addressed three major questions:
Mr Pulkit Mittal, Head – Digital Transformation at SeedWorks held a Panel Discussion along with Mr Ravi Kumar Jain (Director – SIBM Hyderabad) and Purnachandra Rao Kolla (VP – S&P Global) on ‘Transition to Industry 4.0 – Trends, Challenges and Opportunities’ at the Symbiosis Institute Of Business Management – Hyderabad – Management Convention. We can best learn from each other through constructive and insightful discussions. Keeping true to SeedWorks mission of transforming the Indian Agriculture using the emerging Industry 4.0 concepts (a space aka Agri-Tech sector). The organization is constantly working towards the national goal of doubling farmers income through providing sustainable seed solutions by harnessing technology.
fostering the engagement on the agri-food sector in resilience to climate change. The workshop was held at Geneva, co-organized by the International Trade Centre (ITC) in collaboration with UNFCCC and with support from Germany.
SeedWorks Leadership Team Meeting (SLT) for the month of November was held on 20th Nov 2018 at Straits Biotech office in Singapore. The team visited the Straits Biotech facility & had a brief induction about the process. SLT was updated with Internal audit findings, Half Yearly results & Year End Projections. A design workshop on Digitization was conducted to reflect upon the progress we made, learnings, & fine tune the DIGITAL ROAD MAP and recommit ourselves and our Teams for this transformation.
SeedWorks International Pvt Ltd. being socially responsible and in alignment with our core value of “Mindfulness of the environment and society”, involves in CSR activities from time to time. Our HR and Admin department interacted with government schools nearby our registered office to understand the requirements. Based on the assessment, MPP school at Dundigal village, Quthbullabur Mandal, Medchal district has been selected for CSR activity. On November 14
At SeedWorks the spirit of Diwali celebration turned out to be colourful and everyone enjoyed each moment of the celebration. The team celebrated Diwali on 06 November 2018 with great zeal and enthusiasm and as a part of celebration we organized “Ethnic Wear Day” @ Vegetable Plant to celebrate cultural diversity. The celebration was aided by the perfect weather, good food and lots of fun and laughter. There was the spirit of togetherness seen during the festival which boosted the morale of everyone and also helped in creating a more inclusive environment across departments. It induced the feeling of team spirit and joy among employees.
