We presented Long Service Awards to all those who achieved 5-year service milestone with the company on July 27th, 2022.
86 employees were felicitated with 1 silver coin and 1 Memento.

  • Onboarding by Managers has an undeniable influence on team behaviours and results. Managers are the face of the culture, and their leadership behaviours and actions must align with the organization's culture.
  • The concept is, Respective Manager along with HR will partner to Onboard the new Hire. Being a forward-looking organisation, Talent Management must go beyond traditional process and deliver unique experiences to new hires which is more contemporary and futuristic.
  • Sessions were conducted on UDAAN initiative virtually for employees in different batches.

VAARTA is an open house concept wherein our MD & CEO along with HR fosters employee engagement by inviting them to discuss the Organization's Culture, Values, Mission, and Vision.
