This initiative focuses on addressing two critical issues: improving wages in hybrid seed production and eliminating child labor, both of which are essential for a fairer and more sustainable future.
Our leadership team Mr. Raja Vadlamani and Mr. Ghanshyam Singh shared SeedWorks' ongoing commitment to human rights and sustainability. Mr. Vadlamani showcased our company's sustainability roadmap, "Seed to Success with SeedWorks," outlining various initiatives, our five-year commitment, and projected action plans. He further emphasized our unwavering dedication to upholding human rights within our supply chain and our unique efforts towards climate responsibility.
