Driving Positive Change: SeedWorks Participates in the WISH Project

SeedWorks is proud to have participated in the crucial “WISH” project workshop, spearheaded by industry leaders BASF, Syngenta, and Arisa. This initiative focuses on addressing two critical issues: improving wages in hybrid seed production and eliminating child labor, both of which are essential for a fairer and more sustainable future.
Our leadership team Mr. Raja Vadlamani and Mr. Ghanshyam Singh shared SeedWorks' ongoing commitment to human rights and sustainability. Mr. Vadlamani showcased our company's sustainability roadmap, "Seed to Success with SeedWorks," outlining various initiatives, our five-year commitment, and projected action plans. He further emphasized our unwavering dedication to upholding human rights within our supply chain and our unique efforts towards climate responsibility.
We extend sincere gratitude to Syngenta, BASF, and Arisa for their leadership in organizing this impactful workshop. The event underscored the vital need for action to improve wages for agricultural workers involved in hybrid seed production.
SeedWorks remains unwavering in its commitment to driving positive change within the industry, striving towards a future where ethical practices and sustainability go hand-in-hand.
