Chairman and Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in science (agriculture) from Andhra Pradesh Agricultural University. He also holds a post graduate diploma in management (agriculture) from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He has been associated with our Company since November 11, 2024. He has several years of experience in the crop protection industry. He was previously associated with Advanta Limited as a managing director and global chief executive officer, and with Federation of Seed Industry of India as a director general. Further, he has also served on the board of directors of Syngenta India Private Limited, Axis Bank Limited and Axis Finance Limited.
