Baljinder Singh Nandra is an alumni of PAU, Ludhiana, with over 23 years of work experience with best in class MNC and Indian Corporates including Monsanto, ECOMAX Agro Systems, Indian Organic Chemicals Limited (Agro Div), Intello Labs, before joining SeedWorks family on 1 November 2017.
His experience includes various role of increasing responsibilities over the year such as Product and Technology Development work, PAN India and USA, Sales and Market Development, Strategic Advisor Agri Software start up, Corporate Engagement, Government Affairs, People management and development.
His key projects include, core member of Bollgard, Bollgard II, Technology Development team from 2000-05, expansion of hybrids and technology testing locations by four times with only doubling the resources in Central and South India from 2005-2007, Project Technical Lead, PAN India, for hybrid Cotton program and of a Lead Herbicide, Setting up of hybrid advancement system for Cotton hybrids and data digitisation process (2008-09), Maize diversification and cotton mechanization projects in partnership with Govt of Punjab with significant contributions (2011-15), only agriculture advisor to Agri Software start up on strategic direction to develop business (2017), etc.
He was awarded Global Technology Development (TD) Award {know as Distinguished Development Award (DDA)} in year 2003, Asian TD award in 2002 and India TD Awards for year 1999 and 2001 and several other individual and team awards for contribution to business development in new and existing markets.
